Important: MyOpenClaw.cloud is a hosting service. We provide infrastructure to run OpenClaw software instances. The data processed by your AI assistant (conversations, integrations, etc.) is stored on your instance and is your responsibility. This policy covers data we collect to provide the hosting service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Username (for your subdomain)
• Authentication data (if you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your basic profile information from those services)
• Password (securely hashed, if using email/password auth)

2.2 Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store:

• Subscription status and plan type
• Billing history and invoice records
• Last four digits of your payment method (for display purposes)

2.3 Instance and Usage Data

To provide and maintain the hosting service, we collect:

• Instance status and health metrics
• Resource usage (CPU, memory, storage)
• Error logs and crash reports (for troubleshooting)
• Feature usage analytics (which dashboard features you use)

2.4 Technical Data

We automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Access times and pages viewed
• Referring URL

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Your AI conversations and data remain on your instance. We do not:

• Read, access, or analyze your AI conversations
• Store messages sent through your WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or Discord integrations
• Access API keys you configure in your OpenClaw instance
• Train AI models on your data (we don't have access to it)
• Share your instance data with third parties (because we don't access it)

Your instance runs on isolated infrastructure. We may access your instance only for technical support at your request or to address security emergencies, and we will notify you when this occurs.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provision and manage your AI assistant instance
• Process subscription payments and billing
• Send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing receipts)
• Provide customer support
• Monitor and improve service reliability
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

With your consent, we may also send you product updates and promotional communications. You can opt out at any time.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in these circumstances:
